How we Work
Our team comprises of registered nurses and well-trained support workers with vast levels of experience in the areas of care we provide. Our aim is to promote independence for all our service users and ensure that all their assessed needs are met adequately.
The support we provide is person centred, tailor-made to the individual’s needs. Our Staff are selected via a comprehensive process and only staff with the highest communication, commitment and dedication skills are recruited.

Our Team
A list of current staff and their qualifications is available on request. The staff allocated to support clients will be carefully selected in order to match their skills with the Clients’ needs and also to minimise travelling distances.
Our staff are suitably and highly qualified registered nurses and support workers. New support workers are inducted to the Care Certificate standards. Kuble Care Ltd. manages and trains employees with the aim that all of the carers achieve RQF level 2 (previously known as QCF/NVQ). We ensure that our registered nurses complete all relevant courses to provide and support complex care packages. All employees receive training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, first aid, adult protection issues and a range of other matters.
