About our Complex Care Service
Our complex care service involves support for people with very complex care needs. Our service users will have acquired or trauma induced conditions which might require registered nurse or highly skilled care assistance support. Conditions may include brain related injuries, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries to name but a few. We will work with other health professionals and families to provide holistic care to ensure that all the assessed needs are met. We will provide support for needs that include: Tracheostomy care, PEG (Jejunostomy and gastrostomy) management, NG tube management, Epilepsy management, Continence care, Palliative Care etc.
